Scott’s Weight Loss
Even though I regularly did sport, being a student led to me getting lazy and eating too much. I decided that I needed to start getting in shape, both for my health and progress as a hockey umpire, and joined Train who had a variety of classes (I had no idea of what to do in the gym) included in regular membership and the staff happily give out advice.
I started attending and started making progress straight away, both with the exercise in the gym and my diet. The staff also advised me on recovery to make sure that I didn’t injure myself which was great. Also, I got to know others who went to the classes and made lots of new friends. This has been great because the sessions feel like small socials which also gives extra motivation to go – in the past I have given up during diets and exercise plans but I really enjoy it here!
Since I joined I have lost 37.4kg, lowered my body fat percentage by 14.8%, and lost 4 inches off my waistline.
