Are you a beginner? Gym not for you? Too scary?

Let us show you otherwise.

Our beginners fitness 4 week guide is the perfect introduction to exercise. These classes are taught in small groups, of up to 6 people just like you!

We concentrate on teaching you the correct exercise techniques starting with the basics. Over the course of the four weeks you’ll be taught how to perform a wide variety of exercises, from improving your movement on something as simple as a bodyweight squat or press up, to lifting weights safely such as a barbell deadlift, to how to use the rowing machine efficiently.

Within these sessions you will learn, improve, and gradually build up your fitness levels allowing you to feel more confident and ready for our full classes in just four short weeks!

If couch to 5k did a gym routine, this would be it!
